CLEOPATRA INTERNATIONAL PLACEMENT AGENCY INC. is a dynamic staff-
ing company that is deeply committed and dedicated to servicing our clients’ staff-
ing/manpower needs. Our mission is to provide skilled ,unskilled and professional
workers wherever the need may be.

The company has been in the recruitment/staffing business for more than seven (7)
years. It started as a promotion agency with Japan as its primary target market.
However, late in 2006, when I acquired the company I changed the concentration of
my business when I researched and noticed the shortages in manpower in several
countries for experienced workers in the construction field, hotel industries, restau-
rants, retail stores, entertainments, IT’s, hospitals, nursing & household homes.
Since then the company has stepped up to meet our clients varying manpower
needs. Moreover, we have conducted continuous training for our applicants with our
tie up training centers to enhance their skills for the purpose of meeting our clients’
job requirements.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1) PRE-SCREENING & SHORTLISTING
It all start in the submission of Resume’or Curriculum Vitae (CV) together with the following credentials and other supporting documents:
¨ Diploma (University/College or High School)
¨ Transcript of Record
¨ Employment Certificate (previous to present)
¨ Training/Seminar Certificate
¨ Birth Certificate (NSO Authenticated)
¨ Marriage Certificate (If married, NSO Authenticated)
¨ Passport
¨ NBI Clearance (travel abroad)
¨ 4 pcs. 2x2 colored picture, white background (in business attire)
Preliminary interviews follow for the purpose of first step screening. After thorough verification of
their credentials, overall appraisal of their suitability for the job is next , series of interviews are geared to obtain a deeper insight into the applicant’s capability, qualification and competence.
Knowledge, intelligence and behavior contribute a big factor in the selection process. Qualified appli-
cants are trimmed down to a minimal number and are now shortlisted and recommended for final
interview by the principal/employer.
2) FINAL SELECTION
Once selected facilities and assistance are now provided for the expedition of their remaining
documents for deployment.
3) TRADE TESTING
Skill testing can be arranged to an accredited government/private/trade centers if it is required
by the principal/employer.
4) MEDICAL EXAMINATION
This is a must requirement. Selected workers undergo and must pass the standard medical ex-
aminations to included AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome), Blood Chemistry conducted
by any of the duly approved/accredited hospitals by the Department of Health, Department of Labor
& Employment and Consular Agencies.
5) OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
A competent staff personally assist in monitoring in the acquisition of additional required docu-
ments to include but not limited to Overseas Employment Certifications, Visas and Tickets.
6) PRE-DEPARTURE AND DEPLOYMENT
To further ensure good service, designated staff shall assist the worker in attending a Pre-
Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS). This is to give the worker an idea/information of the Country
of destination, economy, employment terms & conditions and other pertinent information. Further-
more, the same staff shall accompany the worker/s up to the airport departure.
